Include a CBC with differential preferably drawn at the same time with the test request. Within 24 hours is acceptable. Include specimen type. Indicate screening or remission panel is to be performed. Include suspected diagnosis and available patient history. Specimens must be drawn Monday - Thursday and received at the PSPC lab the same day.

Additional Information
Specimens must be received within 48 hours of collection. Peripheral blood: A viability test will be performed if specimen is received after 24 hours. The test will not be performed if viability is less than 50%.
