Test Includes: Indirect antiglobulin testing with screening cells. When antibody identification is indicated, panel cells, cold autoadsorption, warm autoadsorption, selected cell panels, enzyme panels, etc., may be used as indicated to identify antibodies. If antibody results are positive: Antibody Identification and or any of the following: titer, direct xoombs, elution, absorption, antigen typing, prewarming, enzyme testing, neutralization, crossmatch compatability testing or testing sent to a reference laboratory. Specimen is acceptable for testing up to 10 days after collection if the specimen has been refrigerated.
