Quest test: 437 Collect urine in a clean container. Using an amber, plastic tube containing 500 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), fill with urine, no less than 1/2 full and no more than 3/4 full. Mix and freeze. Ship frozen with a cold pack by overnight delivery. Do not thaw.
