Test Includes: Routine culture, STAT Gram stain. The Gram stain results reported as soon as stain is completed. Reports of cultures from which pathogens are isolated require minimum of 48 hrs for completion. Identification and susceptibility tests are performed on positive cultures. Notification of positive results is provided.
